Using Jade Rollers on the Face

Before starting using the jade roller, wash your face and neck first with soap and water. Then begin on the center of your forehead, moving left to right towards your hairline. Then roll it slowly towards your ear. The roller should be moved with just the roller’s weight pressed down your skin. You have no need to apply more pressure. Repeat this procedure at least four to seven times, before you move to another area. 

As you have two rollers for facials, use the smaller side to move down under your eye to the lids. This procedure must be continued from the corner of the eye down to your ear. Use the larger roller to move from the nose up to your ear. Then move to the lips and chin. From the chin, move the roller from the lower jaw line till near the ear lobe. Repeat the procedure to the other side of the face. 
When done, do longer rolls from under the chin moving towards your collar bone. This should be done up to the side of your neck.  When the procedure is done, this will provide good treatments for the face and the neck as it invigorates the nervous and lymph systems for skin tone and relaxation. It is recommended to use the jade roller three times a week around 6-10 minutes per day.

Jade Rolling on the Body

Use a jade roller to gently roll on the body parts that need relief. Use the medium single roller to efficiently roll on the arms. Apply light pressure from the elbow up to the shoulders. Move from the upper arm towards the lower arm, and then from the elbow down to the wrist. For the legs, begin from your knee rolling up to your groin. Follow these strokes by rolling from the lower leg towards your ankle to include the back of your knee. Repeat this procedure slowly and continuously using different directions on your body. This procedure enhances the lymph flow.

For Sinus Pain

Get a washcloth damped in hot water. Place this on your eyes, forehead, and cheekbones. Then use the smaller side of your double roller to move just above the eyebrows towards the middle of your face and to your cheekbones. The heat provided by the washcloth and the gentle rolling provides remedy to the sinus pain.

The procedures above may be done by yourself or through a professional therapist.  This helps maintain healthy tissues and good-looking skin. Daily use may be required for problem areas as this treatment provides a soothing effect.
